PHARO Asset Services is a Brookvale-based commercial and strata cleaning company, built on reliability, integrity and honesty since Tim Pharo started the business in 1985.
Tim Pharo started PHARO in 1985 on a simple idea: turn up, do the job properly and treat people fairly. That idea still shapes everything we do.
Today PHARO is led by Managing Director Adam Thomas, with Tim still working alongside the team. From our Brookvale office, more than 40 people clean around 360 sites every week, including offices, strata buildings, gyms, aquatic centres and commercial properties across Sydney.
We work with large, medium and small organisations, and every site gets its own cleaning plan. Some of the sites we clean today have been with us for 40 years, and clients like Beaches Strata for more than 12.
